Brain Food

Nutrition can be a complicated subject. There are so many different options on the web. There is keto, paleo, whole 30, low carb, no sugar, food sensitivities, blood type, vegetarian, etc. There are other reasons why nutrition for brain health can be difficult. After a concussion, stroke, unhealthy lifestyles leading to brain fog and dizziness people tend to struggle with cravings whether its sweets, salty treats or you prefer to drink your sugar. Blood sugar dysregulation can really make it difficult to make certain choices. Lastly, appetite can be reduced. Your body has a signaling pathway between your brain and your intestines which should signal you to get hungry, get satisfied from food and digest what's in your stomach. That doesn't always happen, especially when our sleep cycles (which are linked to our food clock) are not functioning properly.

In this 10-week course you will get practical applications of nutrition specific to brain health. Our goal is not to overhaul your nutritional lifestyle if you already have good practices in place. It's to empower you with knowledge that can enhance your current routines or help you start your nutritional journey as a beginner in the wellness sphere.
